Key request

    Hi I`m having troubles with my key request...I've request a key but the status is "waiting" and I've tried to test de key but send an error "403 Account Inactive" however I followed the link that was sent to my email...Were can I activate the account? thanks for your valuable help!

    Hi Oscarjc,

    When you register you get a confirmation email sent to the email address you used during registration. There's a link in the email that will activate your key. Let us know if you still have trouble after clicking that link.

    Well, the problem is that I just received an email with a link to confirm my account I followed the link....but when I registered my App and requested the API Key I didn't receive any email....and the status of the Key still waiting...and when I use the Key throws the error "Account Inactive"....Heeelp!

    Hi Oscar,

    Try it again. For some reason the key was set to 'disabled.' We enabled the key so you should be good.
